Anthony Delia is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and a USA Powerlifting Competitor. He's a proud husband and father and has nearly a decade of experience working in the fitness industry. Anthony has faced many of the same weight management and consistency challenges as his clients, so he created a system to eliminate any reason to avoid the gym. When you become a client of Strength By Delia, we bring the gym to you. Anthony provides personalized programs and services to help you meet your unique fitness goals and find your version of strength.

When we knock, you answer to fitness at your doorstep. We specialize in strength and conditioning, weight management, and macro-nutrient planning.
Choose your workout cadence and the time that works best for you. You don't even have to show up. We do that for you. All we ask is that you give it your all when we arrive.
